REGISTRATION PROCEDURE to “5G TOWARDS 6G FOR CITIVERSE” and its side event “Partnerships for Horizon Europe”
- Register through the registration link. The first STEP is to choose whether to participate On-Site or Remote. If you are planning to participate in person to the main event "5G towards 6G for CitiVerse", you must select "On-site" as the event does not foresee streaming. The "On-site" option does not prevent you from also participating in the online side event "Partnerships for Horizon Europe (P4HEU)".
- The "5G towards 6G for CitiVerse" is an all-day event also including DEMOs and one-to-one meetings in person.
- If you cannot attend in person, then you can register to participate “Remote” and will be able to follow ONLY the P4HEU sessions as well as the Brokerage event (online meetings), but NOT the “5G towards 6G for CitiVerse” event
- In the second STEP, you will be asked to choose between “Participant” and “Speaker- 5G to 6g FOR CITIVERSE”. Speakers are exclusively those who will be participating in panels on stage. So, the difference is straightforward, but please note that even if you are presenting a technological solution, you should register as a participant.
- Next, you will need to Complete your profile. The profile acts as your business card: make sure to fill it out as thoroughly and accurately as possible in every section.
- Among the Areas of activity, you might find ones related to the side event “Partnerships for Horizon Europe”, which tackles interests in calls for proposals, you are free to answer them if you are planning to participate to the side event.
- The next question will ask you to choose your EEN "Local support office". You can find in the dropdown list. They will be available to address any doubts or questions you may have. If you are unsure, select " IT-Camera di Commercio di Torino”. They will support you with all the information and registration process for the event and side events.
- The next step is to choose the sessions you wish to attend. As you will see, the first sessions are all on-site and all related to the June 18th event, "5G towards 6G for CitiVerse", both the plenary session and the meetings in person. The subsequent sessions refer to the side-event Partnerships for Horizon Europe, 2 plenary online sessions on June 20th
and 21st, pertaining to the online conference of the side-event and the online B2B meetings in the following days. If you are participating in "5G towards 6G for CitiVerse" we recommend selecting all the on-site sessions
and, if you are also interested in organising physical B2B meetings, choose one or more of the physical B2B sessions:
- Physical Meetings at Binario 3, 11.30 -13.00
- Physical Meetings at Binario 3, 13.00 - 14.30
- Physical Meeting at Binario 3, 16.00 - 17.00
